Instructions
Cut the bacon into slices not too thin and cut the strips 2 cm wide.
Put them in a cast iron pan and fry over a low heat until they color.
Pour a glass of wine, and pour some keepn tomatoes, skinned and cut into pieces, Cook for a few minutes adding the chilli.
In a pot with salted water and cook then the bucatini al dente; drain, pour into a bowl and toss with the sauce and a good handful of grated pecorino cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
- 200 g of pork cheek
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Some of tomatoes
- 1 handful of grated pecorino cheese
- Hot pepper
- Salt
