Instructions

17392 PANNA COTTA (Piedmont) 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 250 g fresh cream; 40 g of vanilla sugar; 1/2 glue leaf dishes; 1 tablespoon of rum; 1 stick of vanilla In a saucepan bring to boil the cream with sugar and vanilla pod cut in half.

Remove from heat the cream, add the isinglass soaked in cold water and rum.

Let cool, stirring continuously.

Pour the mixture in the molds and kept in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Drafted and serve accompanied by a coulis of fruits (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries).
