Strawberry sorbet with roses
Instructions
2_17117 STRAWBERRY SORBET to ROSE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 30 cl of water, 100 g sugar, 500 g of strawberries, one tablespoon of rose water.
To decorate: 8 strawberries, a rose petal.
Boil the water with the addition of sugar and leave to simmer for 5 minutes to fire.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Wash and clean the strawberries, blend until pureed and filtratele to obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the syrup, rose water and mix very well.
Let thicken in the ice cream maker.
Prepare the garnish: wash and clean the strawberries and cut them in half.
Divide into icy cups sorbet, garnish with strawberries and rose petals.
