Fancy cups of peaches in moscato

17983 FANCY PEACHES in MOSCATO INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 4 yellow peaches, 120 g of strawberries, 80 g of fresh cream, 20 and coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts, amaretti, 10 180 g sugar, 30 g of flour, 500 g of moscato, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg.
Pour into a saucepan 200 g of moscato, 100 g sugar and 100 g of water, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Bake in a bowl.
Blanched the peaches in boiling water for a few minutes, peel them, cut them into wedges and emerge them in the syrup.
Wash the strawberries and keep them aside.
In a saucepan, beat the eggs with 80 g of sugar, add the flour and slowly pour 300 g di moscato stirring, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 7 m.
until you obtain a smooth cream.
Let cool.
Meanwhile, whip the cream (keep aside a small amount for the final decoration), blend some bit of peach and cream everything together.
Spread the cream into 6 glasses to keep a small part chalice that will serve to the end.
Fill each Cup to put on cream, the cloves, a crumbled amaretto, strawberries, cover with a spoonful of cream and chopped hazelnuts.
Garnish with the remaining cream and serve immediately.
