Ice cream with fruit coulis
Instructions
17789 ICE CREAM with FRUIT COULIS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 litre of fior di latte cream, 200 g of strawberries and raspberries 200, 50 g of sugar.
PROCEEDINGS Wash the fruits by soaking for 1? in cold water.
Clean the strawberries.
Check out half the strawberries and raspberries and beat them with sugar and 3 cl of water.
Strain the past with a strainer.
Serve the ice cream by pouring it over the fruit coulis and the remaining fruit, cut into pieces.
