Instructions

17937 POLENTA PUDDING with CREAM SAUCE INGREDIENTS 200 g of flour, 100 g butter, 1 l of milk, 3 eggs, 1 egg white, cream, salt.

In a pan place the milk and bring it to a boil 7 minutes.

Add the flour, stirring constantly with a spatula and cook for about 30 minutes.

Add salt and add 50 g of butter.

Cook for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the egg yolks by clear; lower the temperature and add one at a time, the egg yolks without ever stopping to mix.

Then add enough cream to get a soft compound using the spatula.

Incorporated the clear mounted to snow.

Pour the polenta into buttered pan and bake in oven at 180° until well Golden.

Put on a plate and sprinkle with a little cream.
