Instructions

17262 CAKES of BANANA and NUTS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 3 bananas, 1 bowl of cream cheese, 100 g walnuts, 100 g flour, 50 g sugar, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 1/2 tablespoon baking soda, sunflower oil, powdered sugar.

PROCESS Puree bananas, cheese, flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda and juice and peel of a lemon, just enough to get a cream finish.

Let stand for 10 minutes then add the walnuts into small pieces.

FRY a small amount of dough into a small pan to form of fine cakes and doratele on both sides.
