Bucatini with green tomatoes
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and Bacon saucepan, cut into cubes, garlic and a tuft of parsley.
When they have browned add the private seed green tomatoes and sliced and chopped tuna.
Adjust the salt if necessary and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
In a large pot, bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi the bucatini.
Al dente, drain, pour into the pan of sauce.
Stir and serve immediately.
Accompanying wines: Bianco DOC Colli Euganei, Candia Dei Colli Apuani, Sant'Agata Dei Goti DOC Falanghina DOC.

- 350 g of type pasta bucatini
- 100 g of bacon
- 80 g of tuna
- 4 green tomatoes
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
