Bucatini with drunken prawns
Instructions
Let the shrimp thaw at room temperature or, more slowly, in the lower part of the refrigerator.
Heat in lightly salted water and drain well.
In a small saucepan saute in oil the finely chopped onion, add the flour, stir, squirt with three ladles of boiling broth, continuing to stir, Cook for 5 minutes, taking care not to form lumps.
Add the cream and shrimp; Add salt, pepper, perfumed with a splash of Worcester, 2 tbsp of brandy and lemon juice.
Let the sweet fire 3 minutes more.
Meanwhile Cook the bucatini into salted boiling water: drain and toss with the sauce.
Serve immediately, sprinkling with Sage, tarragon, and parsley, finely chopped.

- 500 g of type pasta bucatini
- 250 g of frozen shrimp
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of flour
- 1 glass of cream
- 3 ladles of broth

- Worcestershire sauce
- Sage
- Tarragon
- Parsley
- 1/2 lemon
