Instructions

15218 BRUSCHETTA with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of flakes of milk, 2 spring onions (300 g) 400 g of bread in olive oil, 140 g of tuna in brine, 2 tomatoes (170 g) 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60 g) fresh oregano. Cut the focaccia into paintings of about 10 cm from the side. Divide them in half in thickness direction and put them in the oven to roast. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes by depriving them of the seeds. Removed the green part of green onions and cut them into thin slices. On slices of bread, still warm, spread the onions and chopped tuna, to last the flakes of milk. Garnish with tomato cubes and season with a little oil and some oregano leaf.
