Instructions

2_10203 LEEK and cheese CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a roll of puff pastry, a bunch of leeks, 100 g Gruyere cheese, 50 g of sliced Bacon, 125 cl pouring cream, 3 eggs, oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the white part of the leeks into rings and let them Saute with a little oil in a pan, when they start to Brown add the pancetta, cut into fine slices and let it Brown.

Unroll the pastry and line a round cake tin.

Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes average, then remove the paper and cook for a further 5 minutes beat the eggs, add the cream and season with salt and pepper, add the leeks and half the grated cheese and pour it into the mold.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes or so medium and then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes
