Instructions

10334 SALMON PIE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of fresh salmon, 300 g flour, 250 g champignon, 50 g butter, 200 ml whipping cream, 2 eggs, one onion, one tablespoon of chopped parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the flour with the butter, cut into pieces, at room temperature, an egg, mix well and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cook the salmon in a little salted water for 10 minutes, let it cool and break it into small pieces.

Saute chopped onion in a little oil, add the mushrooms, cleaned and cut into thin slices, add salt, add the lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes, then add the cream, parsley and salted salmon and pepper, stir and season for a few minutes.

Roll out half the dough with a rolling pin and a mould lined, prick the bottom and cook in the oven already warm (180° c) for 10 minutes.

Remove the Tin from the oven and fill with preparation.

Roll out the remaining dough and cover the mold; trim the excess dough and use it to make the decorations.

Brush the surface with beaten egg and place in hot oven for 40 minutes.
