Focaccia with olives

10254 FOCACCIA with OLIVES 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 450 g flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, 6/8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 50 g each of black and green olives, pitted, 150 g of mozzarella, cubed, pizza 200 g of water, 1 sachet of baking powder powdered pizza.
CASE Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add chopped olives, 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a lot of water just enough to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle mozzarella cubes and the remaining oil.
Cook in the oven at 200° for about 15/20 minutes.
