Instructions

CARAMELIZED 09888 TURKEY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 Turkey thighs 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 80 g of butter, a spoonful of flour, 75 cl Lager, a sprig of fresh thyme, 2 Bay leaves, salt, pepper.

Preheat oven to 180° Salt and pepper the Turkey thighs and dissolve the tomato paste in 10 cl of water.

n a saucepan, Brown the Turkey on all sides with 60 g of butter.

Sprinkle the flour and sprinkle with tomato sauce.

Continue cooking over medium heat for 10 minutes, so that you start it caramelises, and then add the beer.

Add the thyme, bay leaf and remaining butter into small pieces, cover and continue cooking for another 40 minutes in hot oven, turning your thighs halfway through the cooking.

Cut into pieces and distribute them in dishes.

Pass the sauce through a sieve and present them separately.

Serve immediately.
