Bruschetta with chicory
Instructions
Wash the chicory and leave them to soak in cold water for about an hour.
Drain and season with a prepared sauce pounding in a mortar the garlic, anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Arrange the salad on bread slices bruscato.
