Bruschetta with onion
Instructions
Finely chop onions and shallots, make them wither very focus in 3 tablespoons oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
When onions and shallots are soft and transparent, distribute them on slices of bread, spolverizzarle with the parmesan and bake in hot oven at 210 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve warm bruschetta.

- 4 slices of tuscan bread
- 2 large red onions
- 2 shallots
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
