Instructions

09829 RABBIT in SPARKLING WINE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a rabbit from 1, 5 kg, 4 onions, a glass of dry white wine, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of thyme, 2 glasses of beer, salt, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, satin olive oil.

Chop the rabbit holding by the livers.

Chop the onions and carrot and oil with sliced garlic and salt.

Add the rabbit pieces and fry it all together for 10 minutes, add the thyme and the dry wine and, when the wine is reduced to half, pour the beer, and let the alcohol evaporate high heat.

Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and pour into saucepan and leave to cook for an additional 30-35 minutes to fire very sweet.

Add salt and serve immediately.
