Bruschetta with Anchovies (Bruschette con Alici)
Instructions
Remove the head to open a book, anchovies and spinatele; flavour them with the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt, fresh garlic into thin slices and a drizzle of oil.
Let marinate for 2 hours.
Blend 80 g of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, the juice of 1/2 lemon and a teaspoon of mustard.
Bruscate the bread slices, drizzle with sauce and guarnitele with the cucumber slices, the rocket and the anchovies.

- 4 slices of bread
- 300 g of anchovies
- 50 g of rocket
- 1 cucumber
- Garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of mustard grains
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 = Sockets = Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
