Instructions
Chop the peeled almonds until a fine powder.
Mix almond powder with sugar, egg whites and orange flower water.
Roll out the dough on a work surface and, with the machine in the shape of a fir tree, ' crop ' cookies.
The cakes are baked in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
