Salad with bean sprouts and cauliflower

08526 SALAD with BEAN SPROUTS and cauliflower INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of sole, juice of one lemon.
For the salad: 300 g bean sprouts, 250 g of cauliflower, 100 g mushrooms, a red pepper.
