Instructions

Boil the asparagus and hard boil eggs.

4 tablespoons emulsified olive oil juice of 1 lemon.

Toasted bread, put on top of each slice 1 hard-boiled egg cut into slices, 2 chopped asparagus, some chives and the sauce you have prepared.
