Tasty bruschetta
Instructions
In a pan heat a little oil, add the chopped onion and let it dry for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes cut into pieces and deprived of seeds.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the peppers, which have stripped of seeds and filaments, coarsely cut into pieces, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the pitted olives, salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Bruscate bread and season with the preparation.

- 4 slices bread of bruscato
- 3 large peppers
- 250 g of tomatoes
- 4 green olives
- 2 onions
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
