Instructions

08305 FENNEL SALAD and oranges INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 oranges, fennel, 2 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper METHOD clean the fennel, depriving them of the toughest outer leaves.

Cut them lengthwise and slice thinly.

In a bowl to marinate for a few minutes the fennel with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Meanwhile Peel the oranges to vivo, cutting the fruit into wedges; do this over a bowl to catch the juice that comes out.

Serve the flakes with orange segments lying on top and drizzle with orange juice emulsified with oil in the marinade of flakes.
