INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 450 g of flakes of milk 3 medium potatoes, boiled (300 g), 80 g of smoked ham, 70 g Walnut kernels, 1 teaspoon of mustard (10 g) 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60 g), 2 tablespoons vinegar, black pepper, salt and PROCEEDING In a bowl diluted mustard with vinegar and add the oil banging with the prongs of the fork.
Cut the prosciutto in thin sticks.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Put them in a terrinetta and flavour them with the prepared sauce.
Stir and leave aside.
