Bruschetta primavera
Instructions
Wash and peel the vegetables, cut the spring onions into slices and let it marinate all in 4 tablespoons oil and two of salt for about half an hour.
Toasted sliced bread and cover with the mixture.

- 1 loaf of bread (from 400 g loaves)
- 200 g of rocket
- 150 g of pachino tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 = Sockets = Salt
