Instructions

08004 4 INGREDIENTS PEOPLE CHEER SALAD 1 head of lettuce, 1 bunch of chicory, 1 carrot, 1 onion, half heartedly white celery, red pepper and 1 yellow, 1 bunch of radishes, 1 not too ripe tomatoes 1 cucumber, 2 anchovy fillets in oil, 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

PROCEEDING carefully Clean the lettuce and chicory, wash, drain well and cut into strips.

Slice the onion and put it in cold water, leaving it for an hour.

Cut into thin slices tomato, cucumber and radishes.

Chop the carrot, celery and peppers to fillets.

Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl.

Meanwhile mash the anchovies with a fork in a bowl, add salt and pepper, softened with vinegar and finally add the olive oil, stirring until the ingredients are well blended.

Pour the sauce thus prepared the salad, mix well and serve.
