2_07182 ANGLERFISH ALLA SICILIANA INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 6 slices of angler fish from 150 g each, 100 g of peas, a shallot, a clove of garlic, 5 round ripe tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, olives, olive oil, a sprig of parsley, salt, pepper. In a Pan fry the shallots and chopped garlic in a little oil. Add the tomato paste, peas, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes. Arrange the slices of fish in a basket for steaming and cook by flavouring the water with parsley and peppercorns. When cooked, place the fish on a serving dish, sprinkling it with the prepared sauce, olives and chopped parsley. Serve.
