Fancy bruschetta
Instructions
Bruscate the bread slices and drizzle with oil.
Put on each bruschetta slice of gruyere, spread 20 g of goat's cheese, and cover with slices of truffle and Royal agarics.

- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 4 slices of emmenthal cheese
- 4 starters
- 80 g of goat cheese
- Some scales of white truffle
- Olive oil
