Instructions

A07005 ZUCCHINI and shrimp DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 Imperial shrimp tails, 100 g of extra virgin olive oil, bread crumbs, finely crumbled stale bread, 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese, 5 g chili powder, chopped very fine 1 parsley, thyme, mint, oregano and salt.

Wash and dry the courgettes.

Cut into thin slices lengthwise, possibly with the slicer.

Put the crumbs in a bowl crumbled, chopped herbs, parmesan and chili powder.

Amalgamate mixing.

Grease inside 4 small dishes with olive oil and spread on the bottom of the compound.

Put into each dish 3 Prawn tails, sprinkled with the mixture, lightly salted and sprinkled with a little olive oil.

Finish with the remaining zucchini slices, finish with another compound, a little oil and salt.

Cover with aluminum foil and put in oven section pierced to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Serve in dishes.
