Instructions
07024 stockfish and corn INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 cod pieces, 1 package of frozen corn, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tbsp curry, 1 lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Boiled maize as from the box, drain and save.
Brown the chopped onion in the oil, when transparent is sprinkled with flour, add the cod, curry and pour the broth, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with the lemon, add the corn and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
