Delicious swordfish
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 Kg of swordfish, 400 g of peeled tomatoes, 100 g of oil, 50 g onion, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g of capers, 50 g pitted green olives, 50 g of pitted black olives, salt and pepper.
Clean and cut and the swordfish slices.
Steam cook with parsley and a pinch of salt.
Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil with the garlic.
Add the tomatoes, olives and capers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer the sauce for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, place the fish on a serving dish, cover with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
