2_06206 BURGER with BRUSSELS SPROUTS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of minced beef meat, 8 slices of bacon spread, an egg, 3 slices of bread without crust, 1/2 glass of milk, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, a few drops of tabasco, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, an onion cut into rings, 250 g of Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper.

Break bread in a bowl and pour over the milk.
