Roast pork with mushrooms
Instructions
Put the dried mushrooms by soaking in a bowl of warm water.
Drain, when it will be softened, with a strainer and collect the liquid of maceration.
Rinse under running water, drain and slice them up.
Peel and chop the onions; clean and slice the mushrooms, picked up the skin of the sausage and cut it into small pieces.
In a saucepan, Brown the roast with the lauro, the pieces of sausage and onions, for 10 minutes, into the hot oil.
Add the mushrooms, fresh and dried, simmer for 5 minutes, then add the tomato paste and the mushroom soaking liquid.
Add salt and pepper, cover and let simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes, on fire.
In a bowl, put the sliced roast surrounded by salsa and served with accompanying rice.

- 20 g of dried mushrooms
- 2 onions
- champignons white 250 g
- garlic flavored sausage
- a pig roast from 800 g
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 100 g tomato concentrate
