Bruschetta with anchovies and proofing
Instructions
Cut the proofing and dress slices with salt and pepper.
Bruscate the bread and, meanwhile, in a small frying pan fry the butter with anchovy fillets, pounded and stretched with milk.
Put the proofing on bruschetta and go for about 2 minutes to grill.
Pour on the bruschetta sauce made of anchovies and serve.

- 4 anchovy fillets
- 80 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
