Lamb leg with honey

06732 Lamb LEG with HONEY INGREDIENTS 4 chaterine 1 d PEOPLE? 1/2 lamb kg of onions, 1/2 kg of green peppers, 1/2 l white wine 100 ml of vinegar (half a glass), 100 g honey, nut, 1 salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE 1.
Cut the onions and the peppers into very thin slices, fried in plenty of oil for 5 minutes.
Place in a baking dish from the oven, placed above the thigh of lamb, season with salt and pepper and cook in medium oven for about 30 minutes.

Stir the wine with vinegar, chopped nut, honey, pour over the lamb and cook for about 30 minutes.

remove the thigh and pass the sauce to a blender.
Serve the Lamb sliced and covered with hot sauce.
