Bruschetta with prawns
Instructions
In a small saucepan melt 30 g of butter, add the sieved flour, mixed and sprayed the whole thing with the boiling broth, bring all to a boil and add salt.
In another small saucepan, melt the remaining butter, add the oil and garlic, then the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the sauce, add the lemon juice and pour over slices of toasted bread.

- 1 loaf of bread (from 400 g loaves)
- 500 g of shrimp tails
- 30 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 300 g of vegetable broth (or bouillon broth)
- 1 clove of garlic
