Marinated chops with oranges
Instructions
06070 MARINATED CHOPS with ORANGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pork chops, 1 thick nut, 1 orange, 4 tablespoons of cream and pepper.
For marinating: 300 ml dry white wine, 1 orange, 1 onion, thyme, salt and pepper.
CASE mix the wine with the grated Peel and juice of Orange, chopped onion and thyme.
Let marinate the chops in this liquid for 12 hours, turning occasionally.
Place on top of each cutlet Orange washer and put to cook on a grill, then keep them aside to warm.
Pickling liquid flows; Add the chopped nuts, Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, add the cream, stir well and pour the sauce over the pork chops.
Season with salt and pepper.
