Bruschetta with chicken salad
Instructions
Cut the meat into strips and sliced celery hearts.
Clean the carrots and cut them to match.
Combine all ingredients and toss with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add mayonnaise and mix until the ingredients are well blended.
Place the chicken salad on bread slices bruscato.

- 4 slices of bread
- 200 g of boiled chicken
- 1 heart of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Minced 1 of pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
