Ham in tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 slices of ham, 6 ripe tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 Brown, pepper 1 glass of vegetable broth, 2 slices of bread, vinegar, bay leaf, oregano, salt and place in a saucepan PROCESS the tomatoes, onions, peppers, all in pieces, lauro, a little oregano, broth and season with salt.
Cook over very slow, putting over a deep dish filled with water, for about 30 minutes remove the herbs and mix everything with the bread lightly soaked in vinegar.
Put this sauce in a pan, add the ham and heat for a few minutes.
Serve the ham rolled and covered with the sauce.
