Instructions

05965 PINZIMONIO IN CONE FINGERF00D: for Vegetables pinzimonio thin into strips and cut into small pieces (use carrots, Zucchini, cucumber, green celery ribs with leaves, spring onions with the tender part of the leaves, tomato wedges and small red onions).

A fun idea for presenting the vegetables: put them into cones of gelato and strips placed on special supports cones (you can ask them to borrow at the ice cream parlor downstairs).

Served apart from bowls of mayonnaise with mustard.
