Endive stew
Instructions
Cook the endives in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked, drain and keep aside.
Prepare a bechamel sauce by adding a classic spoon of grated cheese.
Wrap each Endive with ham and dowse with béchamel sauce.
Spolveratele with the rest of the cheese, gratinatele for 2 minutes and serve.

- 8 slices of ham slices
- a litre of milk
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- salt
- olive oil
- water
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
