Bruschetta with cheese green beans
Instructions
Wash the beans and boil them al dente in salted water.
Fry the garlic in a pan with oil, then add the green beans.
Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the egg yolks with the cream and stracchino and incorporated this mixture to green beans after having eliminated the garlic.
Stir.
Pour the mixture over the bread slices bruscato.

- 50 g of stracchino cheese
