Chopped hard-boiled eggs and pass through a sieve.

Clean the asparagus, 4 tie in bunches and cook in boiling salted water.

Drain, place in a baking dish, season with diced ham and Marjoram and toss them in the oven for a few minutes.

Sprinkle them with the mimosa with egg and parsley and serve immediately.
