Swiss chard with raisins and pine nuts
Instructions
Clean the beets, chopped and cook in salted water for 10 minutes.
In a terracotta casserole, Saute a little onion in oil and garlic chopped everything, when the onion is golden add the flour and a bit of chili.
Place the drained spinach, pine nuts, raisins, soaking, and cook for a few minutes over low heat, stirring every so often. Serve with the fried bread.
