05053 CASSEROLE of vegetables and meat with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 pork tenderloin (800 g), 1 courgette, 1 eggplant, 1 large onion, 150 g Gruyere cheese, 1 cup of cream, 1 glass of cognac, 2 eggs, oil, salt, pepper.
Clean the vegetables and cut it into very large disks, FRY, drain well and arrange in a baking dish in layers.
