Bruschetta with anchovies
Instructions
Sauté the garlic in the oil, just delete it and put in Golden Pan anchovy fillets and let them dissolve completely.
Cut into round slices tomatoes, remove the seeds and place on freshly roasted bread, sprinkle with salt.
Cut the spring onions into rings and thin with these cover tomatoes, seasoned with prepared sauce and ultimate with a pinch of pepper and chopped parsley.
Grilled toast buy a particular fragrance, however the oven at home or a cast iron plate giving the same a good result.

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
