Anglerfish or monkfish stem white wine
Instructions
Cut the onion into thin slices and tomatoes coarsely.
Please add all in a pan with hot oil, then add salt and pepper, thyme and Marjoram.
Lay the slices of fish and cover with onions and tomatoes.
Add the white wine and cook for another 30 minutes.
To make saporire even more travasarlo you can fish in a baking dish from the oven, add the cooking liquid and fires for 10 minutes at 180°
