Shells in a salad with seafood

2_03398 SHELLS IN SEAFOOD SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of mussels, 2 onion, a clove of garlic, a fresh red peppers, 500 g of seafood already cleaned, 6 tablespoons oil, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, 400 g of pasta shells type, 2 stalks of celery, 100 g rocket, a fresh chilli, salt and pepper. Wash and scrape the mussels under running water. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Place them in a saucepan with the mussels, cover and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes (must open the mussels). Remove from heat and remove the mussels from the shells and place in a bowl. Peel and chop the second onion. Clean and chop the chilli. You blast in two tablespoons seafood oil for about 2 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Then place the seafood in a bowl, pour in the remaining oil, lemon juice, onion and chilies, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir and mix thoroughly, cover with film and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Cook the pasta in salted water. When cooked, drain and let cool. Wash and clean the celery. Cut it into small pieces. Clean Arugula and coarsely cut into pieces. Pour the dough into the bowl of marinade, add the celery and the Arugula and mix the ingredients well. Serve.
