Bruschetta with tomato and basil
Instructions
Toast without burning the slices of fresh bread and while they are still hot, rub one side with cloves of crushed garlic.
Arrange on each slice tomatoes, washed, dried and cut in half.
Season with salt, drizzle with oil and finish with chopped Basil.

- 4 slices of bread (slices 1 cm high)
- Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 500 g of cherry tomatoes
- Neapolitan basil
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
