2_03227 CANNELLONI STUFFED with MEAT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of minced pork meat, a chicken breast, onion, two cloves of garlic, a ripe tomato, nutmeg, salt, pepper, a glass of Brandy, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 l of milk, grated cheese, 30 g of margarine over the dish, 16 cannelloni.

Chop the chicken breast and coarsely chop the tomato flesh, having cooked and peeled.

Do Brown in a pan with a little oil, chopped onion and garlic peeled and crushed.
